Our Team
We take great pride in our team at Labeltape. Many of our employees have been with us for over a decade and some are approaching 30 years at the company. Our pride comes from the continued commitment our team gives back to us year after year.

Our customer service is a two way street. We treat our team with respect and, in turn, they treat our customers with respect.
Locations
Labeltape has locations in Caledonia, Michigan and Willowbrook, Illinois serving the midwest region and beyond. Some of our most loyal customers are right in our backyard, but we also to serve global and multinational customers.
Labeltape has been West Michigan’s answer to label and packaging for nearly 40 years. In 2008, we moved into a state of the art, 20,000 square foot facility in Caledonia, MI.
In 2013, Labeltape acquired A-Flex label on Chicago’s south side to expand our digital operation and support customers in the Chicago area and throughout the Midwest.
Customer Service
We cannot stress how important customer service is to Labeltape. We are in the customer service business. When it comes to label production, our customers want the process to be efficient and fast. We want your product on shelves as quickly as possible. We have empathy and understanding of the label creation process more than other companies and we will work with you to make it as smooth as possible through transparency and innovation.
Even with all the planning in the world, emergencies arise where our customers need labels ASAP. When it comes to converting and making labels, Labeltape is in a position to have material in stock at all times to take care of your emergency needs. We continually stock a variety of different papers, films, inks, and other materials in reserve to deal with the emergency orders that may come up where our customers may need labels immediately.
We process your order with industry leading, state of the art print and planning systems to make sure you know everything about the status of your labels. Through continued investment we want to ensure that our customers are informed of every step of the label creation process.
